Kids Who Cook

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026 · Yes They Grow Up

These are the terms for buying and using Kids Who Cook, sold by Yes They Grow Up ("we," "us"). Buying the course or any add-on means you agree to them.

What you're buying

Digital products: the Kids Who Cook video volumes, the printable cookbook and parent guides, and any add-ons you choose at checkout or right after it. Everything is delivered online through your access page. Nothing physical ships.

Your license

Your purchase gives your household a personal, non-transferable license to use the videos and printables. You may print them for your own family. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and charged once. Nothing here is a subscription. Add-ons offered after checkout are charged to the card you just used only when you click to add them.

30-day guarantee

If your kid can't make a meal on their own within 30 days, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the whole order. A refund ends access to the course.

Safety

Cooking involves heat, knives, and hot surfaces. The course teaches kitchen safety, but an adult is responsible for deciding what a child is ready to do and for supervising them. We're not liable for injuries or damage in your kitchen.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us.

Intellectual property

The videos, recipes, printables, and brand belong to Yes They Grow Up. The license above is what you get.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
